Actively support the execution of administrative actions of the United Nations National Park

Consolidate purchasing processes monthly.
Prepare monthly commitment control in procurement processes.
Carry out the contracting processes for goods and services according to assignment.
Assist collaborators, suppliers and beneficiaries with different requirements.
Receive invoices for the procurement processes carried out to proceed with check issuance.
Fuel consumption purchasing and control process.
Review of travel expenses settlements.
Vehicle fleet control.
